April 2013 - Cousins

Cole, Brielle, Connor, and Lanie practicing their T-Ball skills.
Cole likes to go down the slide on his back, his stomach, his knees, and occasionally on his feet.

Avi and I.

Connor playing T-Ball.
We went rollerskating for Brielle's 5th birthday party. Cyrie has more pictures. I need to get them from her!
Me, Cole, Lanie, Brielle, Connor, and Avi.
Taylie and Connor. We love when Theresa comes to visit!

Cole, Lanie, and Brielle making banana oatmeal cookies.

Their hands were covered when they were done. They had so much fun, though!

Brielle, me, Lanie, Avi, Cole watching a movie. I seriously adore these kids.

Lanie and Brielle both got goggles for Brielle's birthday. Cole took HUNDREDS of pictures of himself on my phone wearing them. He liked them so much we decided to get him and Connor some for when they are in swimming lessons this summer.
Cole's new goggles!

Emmie and her crazy faces!

We went to Provo this month to visit Spencer, Nancy, and their family. Connor took a fall down the steps in the back yard and gashed his head open pretty bad. Luckily, he didn't need stitches. It took a while to stop bleeding because he kept rubbing the back of his head on everything.

On our way home from Provo, Suzanne needed to stop at Cabela's for some hiking boots to take with her to Mexico. She is going to teach English for the summer and hoping to come back bilingual. Spencer came with to help her find the best option. While they were trying on boots, we played in their giant aquarium with giant fish and looked at all their stuffed animals. The boys both loved it. I couldn't get a very good pictures of them with the fish because they were both constantly running back and forth. I'm glad there was hardly anyone else there. After Provo, we headed to Logan to see my dad. We also went swimming at Sky View High School's pool. Cole and Connor did a million times better this time than the last time. Connor would scream if he got splashed and Cole would be wrapped around me the entire time. This time, Cole swam around on his own with his arm swimmer thingies and actually went under the water a few times. He wasn't sure about floating on his back, though. Connor was just happy the whole time, he played and splashed and jumped off the side from a sitting position. Suzanne went off the diving board for the first time. I really wish I had some pictures of it! It was a really fun trip for us.
Theresa came to stay with us for a while. Connor loved her. And I loved Connor loving her! She got up with him in the mornings before I even heard him crying. He attached himself to her quite a bit of the time that she was here. It was awesome!

Every time she is here we always go thrift store shopping and go to feed the ducks by the temple. Jackson didn't get to come with her this time, though. He was in St. George having some man time with his uncle before he left on his mission.
