October 2013 - Random Pictures

Connor was singing 'Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam' with the Hulk
and making him jump each time he sang 'sunbeam.'

Connor always checks Cole's backpack when he gets home to see if
there's any lunch to finish or any pictures to look at.

I made these capes for Cole's birthday party, then ended up having more kids come than I
wanted to make capes for, so instead we pulled them out a little bit later.

My sweet baby at the 8 or 9 week ultrasound. :) Can't wait to find out what it is!

Ice cream at Dickies. We love their free ice cream and pickles.

This is how Connor eats cinnamon rolls. It was much bigger before I pulled my camera out!

Cole asked me if he could make a big mess in our living room, and I told him he could if he promised to clean it up. He pulled out every toy from the closet, and thankfully put them all right back in when he was done.

I sliced my finger pretty good when I was grabbing the mandolin slicer. I tried to super glue it together and ended up making a big bloody-gluey mess of my finger. Even now, a couple months later, it still hurts if I put pressure on it.

Grandma got to our house right in time to get Cole off the bus. He loved it!

Connor has quit taking naps when I want him to. Now he just falls asleep wherever he is when he
gets tired. Sometimes he will crawl in bed with me if I'm taking a nap.

We made fruit leather, and it didn't dry all the way and we were tired of waiting for it,
so we decided to eat it anyways. I'm not big on them but all my boys are!

I much prefer dried fruit, especially the pears. They were eating them as fast
as I was taking them off during the first batch.

Connor really likes to eat off the floor. He purposefully dumps his food onto there,
gets down on his belly, and eats like a puppy.

No hands mom! Luckily his diaper was clean!
We stopped by Teresa and PA's to get the CD with all Cole's pictures.
He's such a fun grandpa! No wonder the boys both adore him.

A few pictures Connor took of himself...

They like to wrestle with each other. Most of the time they don't get too carried away and get hurt.

Connor loves turkey bacon. He ate quite a bit of it, then pulled the plate
over to him so he could eat some more. He's really a pretty good eater, especially when it comes
to meat. He is a steak lover his like parents.

I have been trying to have the boys, Cole specifically, do his exercises every night for his speech therapy.
Connor usually does them too and is getting pretty good. They do sit ups, plank and push-ups, and jumping jacks to help with coordination.

Brielle helps out in the kitchen at home quite a bit, so when she comes over she always asks if she can make her own food. She gave Cole a sandwich making lesson, and he enjoyed every minute of it!
I love that these kids play so well together.

There were always lady bugs all over our yard until we got our bug viewer. Then they all disappeared. We finally found one after a few weeks. The boys both loved watching it and wanted to keep it in there as a pet.
Eating dried fruit... heathiest, most delicious treat ever!

Cole did so well at his Primary program. His part was, "I can follow Jesus's example by listening to the Holy Ghost." He invited Teresa & PA, and my mom and Suzanne to come watch him.

We decided last year to be Peter Pan and Captain Hook for Halloween this year. Cole was back and forth between who he wanted to be for a while, and then decided on Captain Hook since his sword was bigger. We had fun at the ward Halloween Party where they did trick or treating and a chili cook off, which I won. Again. :) Halloween night was cold and raining but we braved it anyways and went around the neighborhood.

Just a glimpse of Connor's personality...

 Happy Birthday for Josh
'Hello, Hello' with The Hulk
