We found a loft bed for Cole at a thrift store. It was bright colors, and I thought it'd be a good idea to paint it black to match the rest of his furniture. I bought some spray paint and went to work. Chris warned me about overspray, but I didn't think too much of it. I should have. The entire garage floor of our rental house was covered, along with a coating on everything in there. My poor feet got it good, too. Needless to say, I am not grounded from spray paint and Chris had a good I-told-you-so moment. His bed turned out perfect, though! I love that it makes his room look bigger since it's higher up off the ground. He loves to play under it, too.
This last picture was taken at Coldstone. My mom was in the bathroom. My boys were anxious for her to come out!
