Greg and Michelle used to take their kids for a weekend and stay in a hotel and do Christmas shopping. They were generous enough to take us this year. The trip had been planned for a while, so I was hesitant to reschedule because of sick kids, which I really probably should have. They were pretty miserable, but still had some fun. They got tired very easily. I think they had an extreme version of croup. They were fevered with a terrible cough. Cole was ok, though, just the younger two were sick. We went to a toy store in the mall and they each picked out presents for each other and Chris and I. We ate at the mall, too, and then went to see the lights at temple square. On the way home we ate at Maddox. It was pretty good! Cole got to see Santa, but Connor wanted nothing to do with him...
