August 2015 - Random Pictures

We had a HUGE hail storm. It was so crazy!! I have never seen hail that big. It messed up the paint on Chris's truck and also put holes in the screen in Carson's room. It was intense.

Chris's grandma let me go through her rings and take the ones I liked. I fell in love with this one. I stare at it every time I'm at a light. It makes me so happy! It's gold, too, so I won't need to worry about it turning colors like some of the other ones I have. I'm so in love with it.

When Theresa was here, I put Connor on the floor in Cole's room and let Theresa had Connor's room. I went to put Connor to bed and found a giant hobo spider in his blanket. I about died. I told the kids to get everything off the floor as fast as they could so we could thoroughly clean. I haven't seen them work that fast! They had everything piled on the couch in just a few minutes. It was awesome. We sorted through
everything and got rid of a bunch of toys, then vacuumed and
sprayed. I had spiders sooo much.

This is how I feel sometimes. Kids can be exhausting.
My hair is getting pretty long, though.

Cole's first day of 1st grade. He's such a stud! He didn't even seem nervous. He was just excited. I love how Carson went and sat by him when I told him I wanted a picture.
